Fullerton Police Wednesday sought the public’s help tracking down two men who inappropriately touched two women in separate incidents.

The first incident happened at about 6 p.m. on Aug. 6 at Caitlin and Sheddon streets, according to Fullerton police Sgt. Jon Radus. A woman was walking her dog when the suspect approached her from behind and “sexually battered the victim,” Radus said.

In both incidents, the men pressed their groin up against the victims’ buttocks and made a “gyrating motion,” Radus said.

The suspect in the first incident “calmly walked away when the victim started yelling,” Radus said.

That suspect is a black man in his 20s, 5-feet-9 with a medium build, Radus said. He was clean shaven, had short hair and three gold studs in his ear, the sergeant added.

The second incident happened about 1:15 p.m. on Thursday, in a store in the 1700 block of West Orangethorpe Avenue, Radus said. The suspect approached the victim and “sexually battered her from behind,” Radus said.

That suspect is a Latino man in his 30s to 40s with short black hair and brown eyes, Radus said. He is 5-feet-8 and weighs about 180 pounds and he was wearing a blue, button-down shirt and Dockers-style pants, Radus said.

A Latina with long black hair and a side pony tail was with him, Radus said. She was wearing a floral-print dress, the sergeant added.

Anyone with information was asked to call Det. Karin Wright at (714) 738- 6754. Anonymous tips may be made by calling Orange County Crime Stoppers at (855) TIP-OCCS.
