Firefighters were dispatched at 11:59 a.m. to the 2100 block of Harbor Boulevard, according to a Costa Mesa Police Department dispatcher. The fire burned about for 35 minutes.

The Costa Mesa Fire Department did not release an approximate time of when the fire was knocked down.

Costa Mesa police closed southbound Harbor Boulevard in the area of Hamilton Street, as firefighters worked. The major street was closed in one direction from Victoria Street to north of the Costa Mesa (55) Freeway.
