Firefighters knocked down a fire inside a commercial building Sunday evening in Anaheim, a city spokesman said.

The blaze inside Targus headquarters, a computer accessories provider located at 1211 N. Miller St., was reported at 6:09 p.m., said Anaheim police Sgt. Daron Wyatt, a spokesman for the Anaheim police and fire departments.

There were 40 firefighters dispatched to fight the blaze from Anaheim Fire & Rescue, Orange County Fire Authority, city of Orange Fire Department and Fullerton Fire Department, Wyatt said.

A knockdown was declared at 6:30 p.m., he said.

No injuries were reported.

According to the company’s website, Targus strives “to advance the mobile accessories category with cutting-edge, quality-made, productivity-boosting solutions — carrying cases, tech accessories, and peripherals — that enable an ever-changing workforce to perform at their best anytime, anywhere.”

The extent of damage from the blaze has not been reported.

The cause of the fire remained under investigation, Wyatt said.
