A Verizon Wireless store in Seal Beach was robbed at gunpoint, authorities said Monday.
It happened at 8:06 p.m. Saturday at the store at 12355 Seal Beach Boulevard in the Shops at Rossmoor, said Seal Beach Police Sgt. Michael Henderson.
“A male suspect entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded the employee give him multiple high-end cellular phones,” Henderson said. “The employee complied and the suspect immediately fled the store.”
No one was hurt, he said. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the suspect.
