A man held up a 7-Eleven in Stanton Thursday but no one was hurt.
The robbery was reported at 2:16 a.m. in the 10400 block of Beach Boulevard, said Orange County Sheriff’s Lt. John Roache. The clerk told authorities the man entered the business and said he had a handgun, although none was seen, and demanded money.
After the clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, the suspect fled on foot, Roache said. The man was described as being in his late 20s.
No one was injured in the robbery, Roache said.
