A 64-year-old driver suspected of driving under the influence crashed his car through an Anaheim home’s garage, damaging a gas line in the process, according to authorities.

The crash took place about 6:25 p.m. Sunday at 270 S. Rose St., Anaheim police Sgt. Ryan Tisdale told the Orange County Register.

The driver, who temporarily was stuck inside his car, suffered minor injuries and was taken to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange for treatment, the newspaper reported. No other injuries were reported.

Anaheim police later tweeted that the accident was probably caused by the motorist diving under the influence.
