
Authorities Tuesday were investigating the death of a 30-year-old Los Angeles man who was killed by the forklift he was operating at John Wayne Airport.
The man was operating a forklift for Commercial Scaffolding of California when it rolled over on him about 4:30 a.m. Monday, said Luke Brown, a spokesman for Cal-OSHA, the state agency that investigates workplace accidents.
The victim’s name was not immediately released. There were few other details yet available about the death.
