A 65-year-old Alzheimer’s patient who disappeared Sunday morning from his Laguna Hills home has been found in Laguna Beach safe and sound, authorities said Monday.
Miki Hirasawa was found about 11 p.m. Sunday by a security guard at a community in Laguna Beach and reunited with his relieved family, Orange County sheriff’s Lt. Todd Russ said.
He disappeared Sunday morning from his Laguna Hills home, the sheriff’s department said. He had walked away from home at least twice before.
