A fire damaged a commercial building in Wilmington Friday and left a firefighter injured, authorities said.
Firefighters sent to the 1100 block of East Anaheim Street at 4:38 a.m. extinguished the flames in 18 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A firefighter was taken to a hospital for treatment of an injury described as not life-threatening, the LAFD reported.
The roof of the 25-foot-by-75-foot building partially collapsed. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
