The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose one-tenth of a cent Sunday to $3.599, after increasing seven-tenths of a cent the previous day.
The average price is one-tenth of a cent more than one week ago, 3.4 cents less than one month ago, and 30.3 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The Orange County average price also rose one-tenth of a cent to $3.546, after increasing nine-tenths of a cent the previous day. It is one-tenth of a cent lower than one week ago and one month ago, but 29 cents more than one year ago.
