A man was found dead Saturday on the Santa Ana (5) Freeway in Anaheim, where he may have jumped to his death.
The initial 11:59 a.m. report was of a jumper on the northbound freeway at Magnolia Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The man was found between the number three and four lanes of the freeway, but it was not immediately known if he was struck by a vehicle.
A representative from the Orange County coroner’s office was called to the location at 12:08 a.m., according to the CHP’s Traffic Incident Information Page.
All northbound lanes of the 5 Freeway were closed, with no estimated time of reopening as of 12:30 p.m.
