Authorities Sunday identified the man who was found in the ocean Saturday along the coast at Laguna Beach as a 46-year-old Dana Point man.
The Orange County Coroner’s Office ruled Jeffrey Tregaskes died at 4:15 p.m. Friday at Totuava Beach.
This follows the death of Dylan Haihuu Duong, 25, who had been found Tuesday, half a mile south of the Huntington Beach pier and brought to shore by lifeguards, according to Sgt. Dennis Breckner of the Orange County Coroner’s Division of the Sheriff’s Department.
On Aug. 21, Louis Alberto Sanchez, 29, of Bloomington in San Bernardino County, was found 100 yards off Table Rock Beach in Laguna Beach, and was later pronounced dead, according to local media reports.
Tregaskes went missing from Table Rock Beach, authorities said.
