Three firefighters were injured by a downed power line while battling a four-alarm blaze in the city of Orange Friday.

The fire broke out about 12:40 p.m. at 211 S. Earlham St., according to a fire department dispatcher. It started as a vehicle fire between two homes that spread to multiple residences, the dispatcher said.

The firefighters who were electrocuted were rushed to an area hospital, but the severity of their injuries was unclear. Another person in a residence was also injured.
