Firefighters stopped the forward progress of a wildfire in the unincorporated community of Good Hope Tuesday that burned up to three acres.
The fire was reported at 1:21 p.m. in the 21000 block of Cypress Avenue, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Fire officials said the flames burned an unoccupied outbuilding.
The fire prompted a partial closure of Cypress Avenue between Baxter and Main streets.
