The Riverside County coroner’s office Saturday identified the 28-year-old woman who died when her vehicle struck a pole in Perris.

Paramedics responded at 10:11 p.m. Friday to a single-vehicle collision at Perris Boulevard and Orange Avenue, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

The driver was trapped in the vehicle, then pronounced dead at the scene after being freed, the department reported.

The coroner’s office later identified her as Alisha Sepulveda of Perris.

The collision is under investigation.
