A one-acre grass fire was burning Thursday in the West Adams area of Los Angeles.
The fire was reported near the 2500 block of La Brea Avenue about 1:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
Traffic was routed away from the area while the firefighting effort was conducted.
