OpenTable, an online restaurant-reservation service, named three Los Angeles-area restaurants Wednesday to its Top 100 Restaurants in America for 2026 list.
The eateries are Dunsmoor in Glassell Park, Providence in Hollywood and the Musso & Frank Grill in Hollywood.
The list was generated from more than 11 million reviews from verified OpenTable diners and dining metrics from Sept. 1, 2025, through Aug. 31, 2026, according to the company.
California led the nation with 19 honorees.
Dunsmoor, at 3501 Eagle Rock Blvd., centers its Glassell Park menu on live-fire cooking. Its two wood-burning ovens turn out Southern-inspired dishes, including oysters, cornbread, pork chops and rib-eye, while a wine bar in the rear offers a more limited menu, according to OpenTable.
Providence, at 5955 Melrose Ave., is chef-owner Michael Cimarusti’s seafood-focused fine-dining restaurant. Opened in 2005, Providence has retained two Michelin stars since 2008 and also holds a Green Michelin Star for its sustainability practices. The restaurant offers tasting menus featuring such dishes as caviar, sashimi, abalone, crab tortelli, black bass and king salmon, officials said.
The Musso & Frank Grill, at 6667 Hollywood Blvd., has served classic American fare in Hollywood since 1919. The restaurant, known for its dark wood, leather booths, long-serving waiters and martinis, has preserved much of its historic menu, including fettuccine Alfredo, steaks, roast duck and its famed ground beef sandwich.
OpenTable said its Top 100 list reflects restaurants that drew strong diner ratings, five-star reviews, reservation demand, advance bookings, capacity and direct searches.
