A large stack of pallets caught fire outside a Jurupa Valley building Wednesday, but firefighters were able to contain the blaze before it extended inside.
The non-injury fire broke out for unknown reasons about 8:20 a.m. in the 3400 block of Etiwanda Avenue and was contained about 40 minutes later, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
A dozen engine crews responded and encountered a pile of pallets ablaze. Firefighters from the Corona Fire Department and San Bernardino County Fire Department assisted.
