A fire damaged a vacant structure in Mecca Wednesday, but no one was hurt.
Fire crews were called at 5:06 a.m. to a fully involved fire in the 98800 block of Seascape Avenue, said a Riverside County Fire Department spokesperson.
The flames were extinguished within an hour, the fire department reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
