The Rancho Mirage Library and Observatory will reopen Tuesday for the first time in nearly a month following a renovation project.
The renovation project, which began Aug. 30, included new flooring, improved lighting, additional shelving and upgraded furniture along with an improved Wi-Fi network.
The library will operate Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to library officials.
Unvaccinated patrons are required to wear a mask while vaccinated patrons and staff do not need to wear a mask, according to library officials.
The Rancho Mirage Library and Observatory is located at 71-100 California Highway 111.
