Five people were hospitalized Wednesday after a multi-vehicle collision in Moreno Valley.
The Riverside County Fire Department responded at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday to the scene of the crash at the intersection of Heacock Street and John F Kennedy Drive.
They arrived to find five injured people in need of transportation to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries.
The number of vehicles involved and severity of the injuries were unspecified.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
