One person suffered minor injuries in a fire in a two-story residential structure in Moreno Valley before sunrise Tuesday.
The Riverside County Fire Department received a report of a fire in a two-story, multi-family structure in the 23100 block of Calle Diaz at 4:26 a.m. Tuesday and arrived on the scene to find the second story of the building on fire.
Firefighters were able to contain the blaze roughly 30 minutes later and reported that only one civilian sustained minor injuries.
That person was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
