The Riverside County Assessor-Clerk-Recorder’s Office revamped its web portal to boost user-friendly interfaces, offering visitors easier means of navigating the site, Assessor-Clerk-Recorder Peter Aldana announced Thursday.

Opening the page at www.rivcoacr.org, a user will be queried, “How Can We Assist You Today?” and from there, a series of options will be available, Aldana said.

Visitors to the former or cached web portal for the Assessor-Clerk-Recorder will be redirected to the new one when they go online.

“The goal was to create a web experience as customer-focused as stepping up to the counter in our lobby,” Aldana said. “We want our customers who go online to feel just as cared for as if they walked up to the counter and are talking to one of our public service reps.”

The office provides assistance with applications for marriage licenses, filing for a fictitious business license, obtaining vital records, procuring property deeds and maps, as well as a range of other services.

Anyone with questions was encouraged to call the office at 951-955-6200.
