The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose two-tenths of a cent Sunday to $4.608, the third time in four days it has changed by two-tenths of a cent or less.

The average price is two-tenths of a cent more than one week ago and $1.332 higher than one year ago, but four-tenths of a cent less than one month ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price has dropped 3.3 cents since Nov. 27, when it rose to its highest amount since Oct. 13, 2012, at $4.641.

The average price decreased one-tenth of a cent Thursday and was unchanged Saturday. It rose four-tenths of a cent Friday.
