The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose Monday to its 11th record in 12 days, increasing seven-tenths of a cent to $4.796.
The average price has risen 25 of the past 29 days, increasing 20.1 cents, including four-tenths of a cent Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 9.1 cents more than one week ago, 20.4 cents higher than one month ago and $1.128 greater than one year ago.
