Forecasters predict mostly sunny skies this week for Riverside County, according to the National Weather Service.
Sunday’s temperatures were in the 60s in Temecula, Hemet and downtown Riverside and in the mid-70s in the Coachella Valley and Palm Springs. Overnight lows will be in the upper 30s in downtown Riverside, Hemet and Temecula, and in the mid-40s for the Coachella Valley and Palm Springs, with winds of 10 to 15 mph.
Monday and Tuesday are predicted to be mostly sunny with temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s throughout the county.
According to the NWS, rain is likely on Wednesday for downtown Riverside, Hemet and Temecula. A chance of rain will stick around for those areas until Thursday with chilly temperatures in the 50s.
The Coachella Valley will see mostly sunny weather Wednesday and Thursday with temperatures in the high 60s and low 70s.
Warmer weather and sunny skies for the entire county are expected by the end of the week according to the NWS.
