The Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon will host a job recruitment fair next month, seeking to fill dozens of positions.
The hiring event is scheduled for Sept. 19, from 10 a.m. to noon, in the resort’s Marketplace food court.
“Morongo is not only dedicated to offering unparalleled entertainment and dining experiences, but also to strengthening our team with passionate professionals,” resort Chief Operating Officer Richard St. Jean said. “This September, we’re excited to open our doors and invite talented individuals to become a part of our esteemed legacy. If you’ve got the passion for gaming or the culinary arts, this is your opportunity to shine.”
Similar recruitment drives were held in August and in prior months. Officials said that the goal is to fill about 50 positions in a variety of roles, including poker dealers, bartenders, hosts, cooks and servers.
Jobs are open in the food hall that opened just over a year ago, with international menus designed by celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani.
St. Jean noted that the resort “offers competitive wages and benefits,” including “medical, dental and vision insurance options for full-time team members and dependents.” Jobs additionally feature 401K retirement plans and vacation time.
There will be on-the-spot offers during the hiring events, according to Morongo.
