A pedestrian described only as a juvenile was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured Friday evening in Hemet.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the pedestrian was struck shortly after 6 p.m. in the 44000 block of Highway 74.
The juvenile patient was flown by helicopter to a hospital in serious condition, fire officials said.
