City of Indio officials will host a grand opening ceremony this evening for Wellness Mode, a health and wellness clinic offering personalized services for residents.
The ribbon-cutting event was set for 5 p.m. Monday at 43990 Golf Center Parkway and will include raffle prizes, on-site vendors and a tour of the facility.
Wellness Mode provides services such as custom meal planning, shopping assistance and one-on-one coaching for health and weight management, according to its website.
