The AHL All-Star Challenge will begin at 6 p.m. Monday with teams representing each of the American Hockey League’s four divisions participating in a 4-on-4, round-robin tournament. It will also be televised by NHL Network.

Forward Jani Nyman is the Coachella Valley Firebirds’ lone all-star. The 20-year-old leads all rookies with 17 goals.
