A man was struck by a vehicle Friday in Bermuda Dunes and taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
The unidentified pedestrian was struck shortly before 11 a.m. Friday at Washington Street north of Harris Lane, according to the California Highway Patrol. The man was standing in the No. 3 lane of Washington when he was struck by a black Ram truck, CHP officials said.
Paramedics arrived a short time later and took him to a hospital, but no information was available regarding his condition, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
No further information was immediately available.
