A silver alert remained in effect Sunday for a missing 70-year-old man last seen in Rancho Mirage.
Daniel Mulcahey was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Friday near Bob Hope Drive and MacMillan Way, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert late Saturday.
Mulcahey was described as a 6-feet-1-inch-tall man weighing 190 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing beige shorts and gray shoes, and he was believed to be on foot.
Anyone with information about Mulcahey’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
