Retired broadcast legend Bob Miller hasn’t cut all ties with the Los Angeles Kings after almost a half-century behind the microphone for the NHL local stars: He’s a new “Team Ambassador.”
Miller will make a number of appearances and be involved in additional special projects including serving as master of ceremonies for the team’s Legends Night series games.
Miller retired in March after being be a Kings broadcaster for 44 seasons.
“I am honored and truly delighted to be named an ambassador for the Kings,” Miller said Tuesday. “This will allow me to continue the association I have built with Kings management, players and fans over the past 44 years.”
