Five Los Angeles Rams were selected to play in the Pro Bowl, the team’s most since 2003, the NFL announced Tuesday.
Defensive tackle Aaron Donald and punter Johnny Hekker were both selected for the fourth time; running back Todd Gurley for the second time in his three-season NFL career; and returner Pharoh Cooper and kicker Greg Zuerlein for the first time.
Quarterback Jared Goff, offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth and cornerback Trumaine Johnson were selected as Pro Bowl alternates.
“The presence of five of our players on the Pro Bowl roster is a testament to the collective effort of our football team,” Rams coach Sean McVay said.
The Pro Bowl will be played Jan. 28 in Orlando, Florida.
