A Calabasas man was killed when his 2009 Suzuki motorcycle crashed into a Lamborghini sports car on Mulholland Highway in Agoura Hills, authorities said Monday.
Scot McPike was 53, the coroner’s office said.
The crash was at 1:38 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Mulholland Highway and Cornell Road, California Highway Patrol Officer E. Kay said.
CHP officers determined the 26-year-old Washington, D.C. man driving a 2018 Lamborghini Huracan made a sudden U-turn into the path of the motorcycle, Kay said. The motorcycle and rider crashed into the left side of the sports car.
The motorcyclist now identified as McPike was pronounced dead at the scene, Kay said.
