LA28 and the Rams announced Tuesday the first 10 nonprofit organizations selected to receive free tickets to the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games through a community ticket program.
The groups will receive a combined 1,000 tickets, made possible by the Rams’ inaugural $5 million donation to the program, according to officials.
“Seeing these tickets go to 10 incredible organizations is exactly what this program was built for — making sure Angelenos have the chance to be part of this historic moment,” LA28 Chief Executive Officer Reynold Hoover said in a statement.
Officials said the recipient organizations were selected for their commitment to the community and empowering youth throughout the Los Angeles region. They are:
— A Place Called Home;
— After-School All-Stars;
— Al Wooten Jr. Youth Center;
— Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro LA;
— Brotherhood Crusade;
— Heart of Los Angeles;
— Project Blue;
— Social Justice Learning Institute;
— Swim Up Hill; and
— YMCA of Metro LA.
“We just saw firsthand the power of sports to unite people from all across the world as well as leave a positive impact on our city and we cannot wait to build on this momentum over the next two years leading up to the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games,” Rams President Kevin Demoff said. “The local organizations receiving these tickets today are groups that we work closely with year-round to uplift and support our neighbors all across the Los Angeles region.”
The Community Ticket Program launched in November 2025 with the Rams’ $5 million donation. LA28 said it plans to seek additional contributions from professional sports teams, philanthropists and other supporters in the coming months to expand the program before the 2028 Games.
