The Dodgers announced Monday that Upper Deck Golf will return to Dodger Stadium in December for a three-day event that will allow golfers to tee off from the stadium’s seating levels.
The event will be held Dec. 4-6, with golfers hitting shots from the stands and upper levels of Dodger Stadium toward custom greens on the field, according to the team.
“We’re thrilled to once again partner with Upper Deck Golf and to give our fans the opportunity to golf at this beautiful ballpark,” Chris Koenig, executive director of Dodgers 365, said in a statement. “Among our many non-gameday event opportunities throughout the year, teeing off from every level is one of the best and most unique ways to enjoy the stadium in the offseason.”
Dodgers 365 oversees events and other non-baseball activities at Dodger Stadium.
Participants will also have access to music, food and beverages, golf challenges and a clubhouse bar and festival area inside the ballpark, officials said.
Registration for tee times will open Sept. 25, although fans can join an early-access list through the Dodgers’ website. Tee times will be available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day, with each time slot accommodating two players.
Standard golf clubs will be provided at each tee box. Participants can bring their own clubs, but drivers and fairway metals will not be permitted inside the stadium for safety reasons.
More information and access to the early-registration list are available at dodgers.com/golf.
