The driver of a pickup who was doing donuts on the Foothill (210) Freeway in the Sylmar area was involved in a collision Monday with an SUV and a big rig.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 1:06 a.m. Monday on the westbound Foothill Freeway just east of Maclay Street.
A witness told the CHP the driver of the Sierra was performing donuts in freeway lanes before the crash, leaving the black SUV facing sideways in lanes.
The crash was listed as an injury incident but there was no word on the CHP log about anyone taken to a hospital.
