Overnight closures will begin Monday evening on the Ventura (101) and Foothill (210) freeways for a bridge rehabilitation project.

The work on the 101 Freeway in Hollywood and the 210 Freeway in Sunland will last through Friday, according to Caltrans.

North and southbound lanes of the 101 will be reduced to one lane overnight between Gower Street and Vine Street, and both directions of the 210 will be reduced to one lane overnight between Wheatland Avenue and Sunland Boulevard.

The closures are subject to change.

From Monday night through Friday morning:

— On the northbound 101, up to three lanes will be closed from Gower Street to Vine Street starting as early as 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day. The Hollywood Boulevard and Argyle Avenue on-ramps and the Gower Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard off-ramps will be closed as early as 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. the next day.

— On the southbound 101, up to three lanes will be closed from Vine Street to Gower Street starting as early as 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. The Argyle Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard on-ramps will be closed as early as 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. The Gower Street, Vine Street and Hollywood Boulevard off-ramps will be closed as early as 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.

— On the eastbound 210, up to three lanes will be closed from Wheatland Avenue to Sunland Boulevard starting as early as 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. The Wheatland Avenue on-ramp to eastbound 210 will be closed as early as 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. The Wheatland Avenue off-ramp will be closed as early as 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.

— On the westbound 210, up to three lanes will be closed from Sunland Boulevard to Wheatland Avenue starting as early as 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. The Sunland Boulevard on-ramp to the westbound 210 will be closed as early as 7 p.m. until 6 a.m.

From Monday night through Friday morning:

— Up to three lanes of the northbound 101 will be closed from Gower Street to Vine Street starting as early as 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. The Hollywood Boulevard and Argyle Avenue on-ramps will be closed as early as 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. The Gower Street and Cahuenga Boulevard off-ramps will be closed as early as 11 p.m. until 7 a.m.

— Up to three lanes will be closed on the southbound 101 from Vine Street to Gower Street starting as early as 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. The Argyle Avenue on-ramp to southbound U.S. 101 will be closed as early as 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. The Cahuenga Boulevard on-ramp to the southbound 101 will be closed as early as 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. The Gower Street off-ramp from the southbound 101 will be closed as early as 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. The Hollywood Boulevard off-ramp from the southbound 101 will be closed as early as 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. The Vine Street off-ramp from the southbound 101 will be closed as early as 11 p.m. until 7 a.m.

— Up to three lanes will be closed on the eastbound 210 from Wheatland Avenue to Sunland Boulevard starting as early as 8 p.m. until 10 a.m. The Wheatland Avenue on-ramp to the eastbound 210 will be closed as early as 8 p.m. until 9 a.m. The Wheatland Avenue off-ramp from the eastbound 210 will be closed as early as 8 p.m. until 9 a.m.

— Up to three lanes will be closed on the westbound 210 from Sunland Boulevard to Wheatland Avenue starting as early as 8 p.m. until 9 a.m. The Sunland Boulevard on-ramp to the westbound 210 will be closed as early as 8 p.m. until 9 a.m.

Motorists should allow extra travel time.

The work is part of $20.8 million project to rehabilitate the Argyle-Franklin undercrossing and Gower Street off-ramp bridges on U.S. 101 and Big Tujunga Wash bridge on I-210 with seismic retrofitting, bridge deck resurfacing and reconstruction of slabs and curb ramps.
