A Silver Alert was in effect Tuesday morning for a 78-year-old Corona man who suffers from Alzheimer’s, diabetes and high blood pressure and may become disoriented.
George Fininen was last seen leaving his home in the 20100 block of Bedford Canyon Road about 2 p.m. Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Fininen is black, 5 feet 11 and 200 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing blue pants and a blue shirt with a black hat and glasses, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. He was driving a black 2010 Kia Soul with California license plate number 7WLA394, the CHP said.
A Silver Alert is issued by the California Highway Patrol “following the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of an elderly person or a person who is developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired.”
Anyone with information on Fininen’s whereabouts was asked to call 911.
