The California State University Board of Trustees’ scheduled Tuesday meeting will be held via teleconference as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, and people who want to address the board must submit a written request in advance.
Comments to the board can also be emailed — no later than Monday — to trusteesecretariat@calstate.edu.
People who want to speak telephonically during the board meeting must send an email request in advance of the meeting, also to trusteesecretariat@calstate.edu. The email should identify the agenda item the speaker wants to address and the subject of the “intended presentation.” The request should include a phone number. Public comment will be limited to one minute per speaker, according to the CSU.
The agenda for the meeting, which begins at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, includes a review of the planned San Diego State University Multi-Use Stadium in Mission Valley and discussion of the CSU salary schedule and compensation for executives.
The CSU Chancellor’s Office’s Dumke Auditorium, where the board meetings are normally held, will be closed to the public during the meeting, as no trustees or CSU staff members will be present. The meeting will be livestreamed for the public via the Board of Trustees website, www2.calstate.edu/csu-system/board-of-trustees.
