Former Democratic presidential contender Pete Buttigieg, Rosie O’Donnell, Jonathan Van Ness, Ross Mathews and Tyler Oakley are among those set to participating Sunday in GLAAD’s “Together In Pride: You Are Not Alone” online fundraiser highlighting the LGBT response to the coronavirus.

“At a time when some LGBTQ people could be isolating in homes that are not affirming, GLAAD is bringing together the biggest LGBTQ stars and allies to send messages of love, support and acceptance,” GLAAD President/CEO Sarah Kate Ellis said in a statement.

Hosted by comedians Billy Eichner and Lilly Singh, the fundraiser will feature performances by Kesha, Alex Newell, the cast of Broadway’s “Jagged Little Pill” and Melissa Etheridge. The event will include “messages of acceptance and affirmation” to LGBT community members living in unsupportive homes and people living with HIV and facing uncertainty posed by COVID-19.

Proceeds from the event will support LGBT community centers across the country that are members of CenterLink, a coalition of more than 250 LGBT centers in 45 states, Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia and abroad, organizers said.

“So many LGBTQ people, especially our youth, depend on support from local community centers around the country, and during this time of financial distress, we must come together as a community to ensure that all LGBTQ organizations can continue their life-saving work,” Ellis said.

Also set to appear are Adam Lambert, Matt Bomer, Kathy Griffin, Gigi Gorgeous, Michelle Visage and Sharon Stone.

“Together In Pride: You Are Not Alone” will be livestreamed on GLAAD’s YouTube and Facebook Live pages at 5 p.m. Sunday.
