Firefighters worked Saturday evening to put out a brushfire in Temescal Valley south of Corona.
The fire was reported at 5:31 p.m. at Dawson Canyon and Park Canyon roads, according to the Riverside County Fire Departrment.
By 7:54 p.m., the blaze had burned about 10 acres and was about 50% contained while firefighters remained to put out all flames and embers, officials said.
No structures were reported threatened and no injuries were reported.
