Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Eastvale, sheriff’s officials said Saturday.
Initial reports indicate that just before 10:30 p.m. Friday one of the vehicles was speeding southbound on Hamner Avenue when the driver failed to stop for a red light at Citrus Street and slammed into the second vehicle, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
All three people riding in the vehicles were taken to a hospital with moderate to major injuries, said Sgt. Brian Gutierrez.
“At this time, it is unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor in this collision,” he said.
