One person was hurt Monday in a two-vehicle collision in downtown Palm Springs.
The crash occurred about 10:50 a.m. near the intersection of North Palm Canyon and Via Olivera. Palm Springs Fire Department Capt. Nathan Gunkel said both vehicles sustained front-end damage, and one of the vehicles ended up on a curb.
A motorist suffered minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital, Gunkel said.
North Palm Canyon was temporarily closed in the southbound direction, but was open again as of about noon.
