A motorcyclist died in a crash near Lake Elsinore Sunday.
It happened at about 8:50 a.m. in the 30700 block of Ortega Highway, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Details were scant, but fire officials said no other vehicles were involved in the crash, and that the motorcyclist died before first responders arrived at the scene.
