The Riverside County coroner’s office Saturday named a motorist who was killed on Christmas Day in a single-vehicle traffic crash on the Moreno Valley (60) Freeway.
The crash occurred at about 6:50 a.m. on the eastbound freeway at Moreno Beach Drive, the California Highway Patrol reported, adding that the vehicle was “wrapped around a telephone pole.”
Riverside County Fire Department firefighters and paramedics dispatched to the location at 7:04 a.m. reported that one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The motorist was later identified as Bryan Hill, 47, of Los Angeles.
No other information was released.
