An at-risk 76-year-old man with an unspecified mental health disorder was found Wednesday evening in Monterey Park, more than one month after he was last seen in Koreatown.
Antonio Dichoso Arriola had last been seen on Nov. 15 in the 400 block of South Serrano Avenue, near Fourth Street and two blocks east of Western Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Arriola was found around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, his sister, Adelina Arriola, told City News Service.
