One person was critically injured and four others also hospitalized Saturday as a result of a crash in San Pedro.
The crash was reported at 7:28 p.m. Saturday at 700 N. Pacific Ave., at Summerland Avenue, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Jennifer Middleton.
The cause and details of the crash were not immediately available, Middleton said. The conditions of the other patients was also not available.
Los Angeles Police Department South Traffic detectives were investigating the crash, she said.
