Thursday will see low clouds and fog in the morning and then sunny skies with highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s.
Thursday night will stay mostly clear early before some low clouds and fog roll in. Lows will stick in the mid 50s to around 60.
Thursday’s ultraviolet index level in the Los Angeles area will be 6, or, moderate. The reading indicates what the UV exposure is expected to be at noon, when the sun’s rays are at their strongest.
A moderate exposure level of 5-6 indicates that a person with a fair complexion could be safe from sun burn for 10-12 minutes, unless protected.
